5 stars for making my teeth look a mess! I recently had a bridge fitted at this dental practice which doesn't match the colour of my teeth at all (this is also after spending money on whitening at this practice). After this mess up, no apology was given and was told that I could spend even more money to get it redone. I advise that customers go elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money here. I have been coming here for the last few weeks weekly to get teeth pulled and teeth cleans etc, Charlotte Ewen the dentist is absolutely lovely, puts you right at ease, always has good chat which is helpful and always has the most positive outlook and most of all doesn’t judge you which is very important for me. She had made every visit positive even when I was petrified of the injections to numb you. A dentist that loves her job and is kind, her dental nurse kaiya is also such a positive person and tigether they work as a real team to support you and all your needs, see you in 6 months best little team! I'm Portuguese and today I went to the dentist because my tooth was really bad and I was scared because my English isn't very good. When I got there I was so well received and the doctor named Charlotte was amazing and very attentive and worried about me if I was okay. I loved it and now he's going to be my dentist. I have seen Dr. Amal twice recently, and he is always happy to answer any questions I have. My first appointment was for a general check-up. He was punctual, efficient, and explained that I needed to replace a filling. Skye, the receptionist, was able to book me in for the replacement just a week later, which was fantastic. At the replacement filling appointment, everything went very smoothly. Dr. Amal frequently checked in to ensure I was ok and even gave me breaks. He also made sure I was comfortable with the thickness of the filling. I am very pleased with the result. He took the time to answer additional questions I had about my teeth as well.
